Splat enamel and oxidised copper stud earrings
Splat stud earrings. Oxidised copper with a 'splat' of coloured vitreous enamel in the centre. These earrings are available in a range of colours and there is also a matching necklace. The colour in the photograph is dusk blue. The size of the ear stud is 11mm round.
Copper enamel 8mm square denim ear studs
Little mid denim blue ear studs great for everyday wear. A small 8mm square shape has been sawn from sheet copper before being kiln fired with a vitreous glass enamel powder to create a deep colour on the surface of the metal. After firing I have matted the enamel to create a softer stone like appearance. A sterling silver ear post with scroll has been soldered to the back of the earring. Small Copper Enamel Trinket Dish
Beautiful and practical little trinket dishes. Great for keys, loose change, jewellery, ring dish. Would look great around the home for all those little bits and pieces. Thesse dishes are available in a range of colours and patterns. This handmade kiln fired enamel trinket dish is the smallest of the sizes at around 6.5cm. This is a truly unique and individual gift as each dish is made by hand and due to the nature of the enamelling process the results will be slightly different each time.
Red Circles Copper enamel Earrings
Contemporary Red Circles Copper Enamel Earrings. Made by hand using a copper base onto which layers of enamel powder are kiln fired and a pattern is then scratched through. Copper Enamel Square Drop Earrings with Pink and White Spots
Beautiful and fun handmade enamel earrings in rose pink with little white spots. The copper has been handsawn into a curved square shape of around 1cm which I have then decorated with kiln fired enamels and attached to a sterling silver wire to form an ear wire. A great gift idea for summer birthdays or weddings.
Zig Zag Enamel Drop Earrings.
Blue and white zig zag geometric earrings that have been made by hand using a sgraffito enamel technique whereby each layer of enamel colour is fused onto a base of copper, then each subsequent layer is added and a pattern is scratched through to reveal the colour below. These are bright geometric drop earrings perfect for everyday wear or great for a thank you or birthday gift for a friend. Round Enamel Drop Earrings with Red
These little round enamel drop earrings have a really unusual and contemporary feel. A bright and modern design. A small copper disc (12mm) has been decorated by kiln firing layers of glass enamel powder which are then fused together to create pattern. Due to the nature of the enamelling process each design is entirely unique and individual. I have then made an ear wire from sterling silver which has been attached through a hole in the copper disc. Dotty Red and White Ear studs enamelled on Copper
Cute little Dotty Red and White Ear studs in a curved square shape. These everyday cheery little earrings are made by using enamel powder which has been fused onto copper in a kiln. The detail for these spotty dotty ear studs has then been painted on using finer enamel powder before being re-fired in the kiln. The colours used are a bright China red base with an ivory white spot. I have soldered a sterling silver ear post on the back of the copper shape. These bohemian little ear studs are around 1cm in size. I make all my jewellery by hand in my studio on the East coast of Scotland. Geometric Patterned Copper enamel earrings
These teeny geometric patterned Copper enamel Earrings are so easy to wear and versatile. They have been handmade in my studio on the East Coast of Scotland. I enjoy working with different colour combinations and layers of enamel to create distinct and unusual pattern effects. With this Geometric Earring I chose to work with an Ivory white enamel that I lay over a brighter China Red before scratching a linear pattern into it. All the enamel is dry sifted onto copper before being fused to the metal at high temperature in a Kiln. The teeny curved square shape has been cut out from the metal sheet and is approximately 1cm in size. Before I apply the enamel design to the front I solder a length of Sterling silver wire to the back which is then formed into an ear wire. There are matching items available for these earrings making it a much admired Gift. All my Jewellery is supplied to you in a little hand stamped cotton/linen Gift Bag. Indigo Blue Patterned enamel Copper Earrings Handmade
Dainty little handmade earrings using Indigo blue coloured enamel on a copper base. The detail on these earrings has been created by layer of white enamel powder which has been fused on to a shaped copper base in a kiln. After cooling another layer of enamel powder in blue is put on and I then scrape or stencil pattern into it before a further firing in the kiln. The ear hook has been made by soldering a piece of sterling silver wire onto the back of the copper. A colourful and versatile little pair of handmade earring stat would making a loving gift for her to be much admired. All my jewellery is made by hand in my studio on the East Coast of Scotland. It is then delivered to you in a lovely hand stamped gift pouch to keep them as good as new, or to give as a gift. Due to the nature of the enamelling process there may be slight differences in colour from the photograph as each colour has a different firing temperature but this only adds to the intrinsic handmade nature of my pieces.
