Cute little copper etched heart ear studs. Great for a little thank you gift or present for yourself. They measure just over 11mm and I have soldered a sterling silver ear post with scroll on the back. The copper etch has been finished with a *verdigris green colour to create an antique and vintage style. *This coloured patina has been treated with a renaissance wax to protect the colour and avoid it coming off on your clothes.

Dainty little handmade earrings using Indigo blue coloured enamel on a copper base.
The detail on these earrings has been created by layer of white enamel powder which has been fused on to a shaped copper base in a kiln. After cooling another layer of enamel powder in blue is put on and I then scrape or stencil pattern into it before a further firing in the kiln.
The ear hook has been made by soldering a piece of sterling silver wire onto the back of the copper.

All my jewellery is made by hand in my studio on the East Coast of Scotland. It is then delivered to you in a lovely hand stamped gift pouch to keep them as good as new, or to give as a gift.
Due to the nature of the enamelling process there may be slight differences in colour from the photograph as each colour has a different firing temperature but this only adds to the intrinsic handmade nature of my pieces.
If you would like to have a little handwritten gift card included please send the details and I would be happy to do this for you.
