Pumpkin and Tangerine

Hello October,
Here we are at the start of Autumn already, time for scarfs, fresh skies, and hot chocolates.
I hope I find you all well and this is a time of year you enjoy as much as I do.

Some of you may already know it is always the colours that I like the most and autumn seems to have loads of them in abundance changing all the time.
If you have been following my facebook page ( and if not please do! https://www.facebook.com/itsmycherrypie/) you will see that I have been focusing more on individual colours each week, and showing you how to work with them both in the home and from a more colour therapy perspective.
Soo, for this post its all about ORANGE, you can call it tangerine, auburn, pumpkin, saffron.
You can see it in loads of places, buddhism, lifeboats, pumpkins, oranges, spices.
So take time to find orange, drink, orange, eat orange, as much as you can to bring warmth into your life as the days get colder,
Take Care

“The meaning of the color orange is stimulating, vibrant, and flamboyant. While made up of red and yellow, it carries less aggression and fierceness than the color red due to its combination with the calming color yellow.

Studies show that the orange color can create physical effects such as increased hunger, heightened sense of activity, increased socialization, boost in aspiration, stimulated mental activity, increased oxygen supply to the brain, increased contentment, and enhanced assurance. Orange also helps aid decision making, and enhances happiness, confidence, and understanding.”
