A colour name introduced into seasonal ranges in 1943, standardised here owing to many requests for the colour.
These lovely candles make a wonderful gift, individually boxed in an Kraft Card (easily recycled) box.

Inspired by Medici Blue porcelain, the first successful attempt in Europe to make imitations of Chinese porcelain. The experimental manufactory housed in the Casino of San Marco in Florence existed between 1575 and 1587 under the patronage of Francesco l de' Medici, Grand Duke of Tuscany.
Part of an array of 12 gorgeous colours that tie-in with our glassware collection,
made from hand blown glass, they are rich with colour and twinkle beautifully when lit, in a jewel-like way.
